(Ezekiel 37:5) I will make Spirit enter these dry bones, and they will come to life.
The prophet Ezekiel saw a vision of a valley filled with dry dead bones. But then, God declared, “I will make Spirit enter these dry bones, and they will come to life.” Then God’s Spirit entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army.
Have you ever felt hopeless deep down at the center of your soul?
Have you ever hit bottom when you feel like there is simply no escape?
Have you ever felt like the circumstances of your life have become a pile of dry dead bones?
These are the facts:
Without God, we are trapped in a world of no answers.
Without God, there is no escape from the power of sin and corruption.
Without God, there is no true hope.
In the end, without God there is only death.
This is the message today:
No matter how bad things feel, there is always hope because we believe in a God who can resurrect the dead.
No matter how spiritually dead we feel, a wind of the Spirit of God can fill us with life again.
No matter how many self-destructive decisions we have made in our lives, God’s Spirit can fill us with cleansing hope again.
Our hope is in our Savior; one who can raise us up from our condition of death.
Whenever you are feeling hopeless, remember, Jesus is our resurrection and life.
Call out to God for resurrection, for he can bring life back to your circumstances, just like he did to a valley of dead bones.
We always have true hope for God is a God of Spiritual renewal, no matter the circumstances we face in life.
